Donovan received a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication & Design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
His background in visual communications, web design, and creative concepts were put to good use when he was the chief web designer at Union Pacific and the corporate identity and web designer at Nexterna. He’s lectured on web design at Creighton University, and currently teaches visual communications at Metropolitan Community College. He proudly served seven years on the Board of Directors for AIGA Nebraska, and ten years on the Architectural Foundation of Nebraska board. In 2009, Donovan was appointed by Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey to the Omaha Public Art Commission, where he served for six years.
Donovan’s work has appeared in Coupe, Graphic Design USA, HOW, Print, and STEP Inside Design magazines, as well as numerous books, including Graphic: Inside the Sketchbooks of the World’s Great Graphic Designers, Becoming a Graphic Designer: A Guide to Careers in Design, and 365 Habits of Successful Graphic Designers. His work has been recognized with numerous design awards and is included in the permanent collection of the Chicago Design Archive.
Marc oversees marketing program development and sales strategies at Eleven19.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
With 20 years experience in marketing and business development, Marc got his first real-world experience as a marketing manager at wireless data company Nexterna, where he oversaw strategic marketing and business development for three business units. He currently also serves as Vice President, Unsecured Consumer Lending, at the largest financial institution in the Midwest, where he manages a growing loan portfolio.
Beyond that, Marc has experience in market research, direct response, strategic planning and product development surrounding a number of projects.
